Users of the sites and applications that are part of the Site may be able to adjust the manner or amount of information publicly disclosed or shared with third parties by changing privacy settings (the “Privacy Settings”) within those sites or applications.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and permit the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy by third parties with whom we have a relationship or by us.
Update Of The Privacy Policy:
As our Site and Services change and expand, we may update our Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may email announcements, introduce pop-up notifications, or otherwise notify you through other means. Once we post our revised terms, they will take effect.
INFORMATION WE GATHER
- When you register on our Site, we may collect and store Personal Information that specifically identifies you or the account you set up with us (your “Account”), including, for wedding members, your first name, last name, e-mail address, wedding role (e.g., bride or groom), wedding date, and location of the wedding. For vendor members, provide the business name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. We may share the Personal Information you provide us with additional information purchased from third parties for marketing purposes.
- To use our website, you must establish a User ID and password. You will be responsible for maintaining your password privacy and any activity on your account due to sharing your password with someone. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- We have the right to share any or all the information submitted by our Users through sign-in or on our website. We may share the data further for marketing purposes.
- We may conduct user surveys to collect information about our users’ preferences. These surveys are optional; if you choose to respond, your responses will be treated under the survey terms or this Privacy Policy. These surveys may be conducted by and processed through third parties. Similarly, we may offer contests to qualifying users where we ask for contact and demographic information such as name, email address, and mailing address. The demographic information that we collect in the registration process and through surveys may be used to help us improve our Services and Site to meet the needs and preferences of our Users. - When you set up your wedding profile on our website as a part of registration, your profile will be publicly available as a default. Other sites and mobile applications that are part of the Site may have separate privacy settings. If you change your Privacy Settings, some previously public information that you switch to a private setting may remain cached and publicly available temporarily.
- We may collect and store information about your use of the Site, such as the terms that you search for, the pages or screens that you view, and the activities that you conduct on or using the Site, including which vendors you review, list as favorites or booked or call or contact using the Site and how you perform those activities (collectively, “Site Activity”). Site Activity may include actions we can collect or infer using Automatically Gathered Information.
HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION:
- We may use your information (Personal and Automatically Gathered Information) for internal purposes. We are not bound to contact you via email or telephone to inform you about the update to our services and to provide you with information about e-commerce transactions you conduct on the Site. - We do not have any obligation of privacy about information that a User discloses publicly on the Site, including, without limitation, publicly posted profile information, forum comments, reviews, or pictures. The terms of use of the individual Site specify the licensing and ownership of such publicly posted content.
- The website Catalog provides a listing of various categories of different Site vendors as well as a list of local businesses. If a vendor member is registered, the vendor will be made available on the Catalog unless the vendor chooses to unregister from the Site. As mentioned in our Site Terms of Use, after ShadiBazaar and the Vendor User have terminated their relationship, ShadiBazaar shall be entitled to retain all reviews associated with a Vendor User on the Site and basic directory information.
- The Site’s community area, including the forum, other discussion areas, and other communication tools, is for the users’ benefit. It is a public discussion and communication forum whereby the Site community generates content. By participating in this site area and using any communication tools, you acknowledge that the information posted will reside in the public domain and be publicly available. From time to time, Site Staff may examine this content or other user behavior to confirm that the Terms of Use are not being breached, and we may remove any inappropriate content at our sole discretion. Other sites and mobile applications that are part of the Site may have separate Privacy Settings.
- We may enter into co-branding or partnering relationships with third-party Websites and companies to provide products and Services to our Users or such third-party users. We may share your Personal Information, including your User ID, with specific third-party service or product providers required to provide a particular product or service you request from a co-branded page or Site. Cancellation Policy:
- You have seven calendar days from the booking date to cancel your service.

- Cancellations made within the specified timeframe may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds will be processed within seven days of cancellation and issued using your original payment method.
- If applicable, refunds will exclude non-refundable fees or charges outlined in our service terms and conditions.
- Refunds will only be provided for cancellations made in the specified timeframe if under exceptional circumstances determined by ShadiBazaar.pk management.
