  • ShadiBazaar.pk is a contemporary marketplace for the wedding industry; it is not a marketplace, service provider, or agent representative. ShadiBazaar.pk members include brides and grooms, newlyweds and their Wedding guests, and companies and other third parties offering products and services related to Weddings. We and the Site function solely as a safe venue where Wedding Members and Vendor Members may connect for a particular type of service or product. We are not involved in or a party to the transaction between Members. Therefore, we have no control over the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of the transactions on the Site. The accuracy of listings, or the ability of Vendor Members to provide items or services. We or our affiliates are not responsible for the actions or inactions of Wedding Members or Vendor Members.
  • ShadiBazaar.pk membership is only available for individuals older than 18 years or those legally eligible to get married. ShadiBazaar.pk services are unavailable for minors or temporarily or indefinitely suspended Members. Your ShadiBazaar.pk membership may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you register as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement. If you are registering as an individual, you represent and warrant that you are at least older than 18 years of age or legally eligible to get married.
  • Members who get membership as sellers must have a valid business operations license. By joining ShadiBazaar.pk, you agree to provide us with complete information about yourself and update us when needed. You will be bound to follow all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and you will be responsible for all of your activity on the membership account. ShadiBazaar.pk reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without notification.
  • You cannot create an account in another’s name.
  • You cannot create more than one account.
  • You cannot use another’s account.
  • You will not pretend to be someone else.
  • You cannot use the Site to break the law or applicable regulations, encourage others to do so, or offer instructions on how to do so.
  • You are prohibited from offering products or services that violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (collectively “Laws”) or offering any products or services that violate any Laws.
  • You cannot conduct any competition, promotion, or contest without posting official rules and complying with the Laws.
  • You are prohibited from collecting information about Site Members, including but not limited to using robots or similar means.
  • You are prohibited from using the information on the Site to send unsolicited emails to Members.
  • You are prohibited from using the Site if your membership has been temporarily or permanently suspended or revoked.
  • You are prohibited from violating any terms of this Agreement.

Governing Law:
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
